The Universal 5411 relies on a manual mechanical stop lever that pulls the injection rack to zero-fuel delivery. If the cable has stretched, rusted, or unclipped from the engine-side lever arm, pulling the T-handle at the cockpit companionway will fail to actuate the pump stop.
